FCT Judiciary Losses Hon. Justice M.M. Kolo To The Cold Hand Of Death


Again, another Iroko of the Bench has fallen.
TheNigerialawyer (TNL), in the late hours of today received the sad news of the demise of Hon. Justice MM kolo.
Hon. Justice M.M. Kolo hailed from Zugurma in Mashegu Local Gov’t Area of Niger State.
He was called to bar in 1984, and completed his National Youth Service the following year. He worked in the Niger State Judiciary as a Magistrate between 1985 and 1997 until he was transferred to the FCT Judiciary Abuja same year.
He was a magistrate in the FCT Judiciary until 2004 when he was appointed as the Director Area Courts. In 2005 he became the Chief Registrar of the FCT High Court, thereafter, he was appointed as the Secretary FCT Judicial Service Committee, Abuja in 2010. He was also appointed as a Judge in the FCT High Court in 2010.
Before transiting to the great beyond, the late bench man was married with children.
May God grant his family members and the entire members of the FCT Judiciary the fortitude to bear the loss.
