After leading Manchester United to the Europa League, Jose Mourinho spent his Saturday at Monaco to see some Formula One actions.
Mourinho was pictured in the Red Bull garage, watching Saturday’s qualifying session.
The Manchester United manager met cricketer Chris Gayle and the two pose for a photo.
Monaco striker Radamel Falcao was also at the Grand Prix after a very successful season with his club winning the Ligue One championship.
At the Grand Prix, Mourinho was asked about Manchester United target Antoine Griezmann but the manager says he does not want to care about football for a month.
“As I promised after the final, I don’t care about football for a month. You have to ask Ed Woodward (United vice-chairman) about signings. He’s known since March who I want,” Mourinho told reporters when he was asked he was asked United’s chances of signing Griezmann.
“Now is for him to work because he will have holidays in August and in August I’ll be working.”
Mourinho was back in London on Sunday and bumped into his former player Michael Ballack during a walk.
Ballack took to Instagram to share a photo of himself and his former manager along with the caption: “nice Sunday morning in London.”
