I encountered an issue online when registering on an App used to send money and they need to send a code to the Phone number registered on my BVN.
Sadly, I have lost the phone number (Sim card) and I couldn’t proceed as there’s was no way around it.
Someone I complained to asked me to visit my Bank to get the issue resolved as that’s the only solution to the problem.
You are to go to the nearest branch of your bank to change the number on your BVN profile.
It will be done in a few minutes.
