Before You Take A Case To Court
1. Have at least 2 to 3 sessions with your client to understand the issues
2. Invite the parties your clients complain about to hear their side of the story
3. Make several attempts to mediate between the parties
4. If the other party has a lawyer, contact the lawyer for the purpose of settlemen
5. Make your clients understand the time and financial implications of going to court
6. Explain to them that it is better to settle the matter amicably outside court because there are many cases in court and few judges to attend to the cases
7. Charge your clients very high fees to discourage them from going to court… If they cannot afford your fees they will opt for settlement
FOLLOW THIS AND MOST OF US WILL NOT COMPLAIN MUCH ABOUT JUDGES AND DELAY
HELP DECONGEST THE COURTS TODAY… TRY MEDIATION it works better!
